Rewrite the 'AutoDate' tests using subtests
Also add a test to check the permissions to set a date, and a test to check update dates on milestones. The tests related to 'AutoDate' are: - TestAPIEditIssueAutoDate - TestAPIAddIssueLabelsAutoDate - TestAPIEditIssueMilestoneAutoDate - TestAPICreateIssueAttachmentAutoDate - TestAPICreateCommentAutoDate - TestAPIEditCommentWithDate - TestAPICreateCommentAttachmentAutoDate
